Quelques exemples d\u2019op\u00e9rations et d\u2019agencements \u00e9conomico-juridiques<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>he 2016\/2017 research seminar of the CSI (Centre for the Sociology of Innovation) focuses on the law, considered from the angle of its practice and its operations.<\/p>\n<p \/>\n<p>How do legal norms operate and what effect do they have?<\/p>\n<p \/>\n<p>How do they operate today, in particular, in societies that are heavily marked by economic rationalities? <\/p>\n<p \/>\n<p> What is the role played by the law in the configuration of economic realities?<\/p>\n<p \/>\n<p>These questions have been abundantly addressed in the social sciences.
