Eight years later, Ceva\u2019s management and employees became majority shareholders, enabling them to launch a long-term initiative: promoting animal health and beyond, given that 70% of human infections originate from animals. Ceva has become the leading French animal health company and the fifth-largest globally, with a presence in 47 countries, 21 R&amp;D centers, and 32 production sites. It specializes in three key areas: biology (vaccines), pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals (medicines and therapeutic treatments), and equipment designed to ensure the quality of vaccination.
