He co-directed the business research programme at the Coll\u00e8ge des Bernardins with B. Roger and was co-director of the Economics and Society department from 2009 to 2018. Following other works he published as part of this programme, he published the &#8220;Trait\u00e9 de Cod\u00e9termination&#8221; (Treatise on Co-determination) in 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Christophe Clerc<\/strong> est un avocat sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, gouvernance d&#8217;entreprise, proc\u00e9dures collectives et droit collectif du travail. Il est co-auteur du livre\u00a0<em>Les chances d\u2019une cod\u00e9termination \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise\u00a0<\/em>(Prisme 2013), auteur d&#8217;un rapport pour l\u2019OIT sur les mod\u00e8les de gouvernance d&#8217;entreprise dans le monde (2019), co-auteur de\u00a0<em>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
