Do they create jobs? Do they lower energy bills and CO\u2082 emissions?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim of this seminar, open to all, is to present the latest results of a research program conducted at \u00c9cole des Mines de Paris, dedicated to the economics of energy renovation.
