The interact seminar will welcome Olivier Fournout, lecturer at T\u00e9l\u00e9com-Paris, who will present his work entitled: \u201cLes injonctions paradoxales de la r\u00e9ussite\u201d<\/strong> (The paradoxical injunctions of success). Olivier will put into perspective the following article (2024):<\/p>\n

The presentation will begin by reviewing the study of success behaviors in our liberal, capitalist, hypermodern societies, which has given rise to several publications, including :<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Le nouvel h\u00e9ro\u00efsme, puissances des imaginaires<\/em>, Presses des Mines, 2022\u00a0:\u00a0https:\/\/www.pressesdesmines.com\/produit\/le-nouvel-heroisme\/<\/a><\/p>\n

The presentation will focus on two turning points in the collective publication of 2024:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 one, critical, discussing the heroisation of success behaviors;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the other, empirical, testing the \u201chero-leader matrix\u201d with a population of 20 entrepreneurs with motor or sensory disabilities.<\/p>\n

The presentation will extend these two turning points by pointing out avenues for further work, which may lead to further exchanges.<\/p>\n
