{"id":18464,"date":"2024-01-19T16:25:30","date_gmt":"2024-01-19T15:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/i3-cnrs.fr\/evenement\/les-premieres-societes-a-mission\/"},"modified":"2024-01-19T16:54:01","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T15:54:01","slug":"les-premieres-societes-a-mission","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/i3-cnrs.fr\/en\/evenement\/les-premieres-societes-a-mission\/","title":{"rendered":"Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 Mission\u00a0: Theory and practices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The scientific council of the &#8220;Community of Mission-driven Companies&#8221; association is organising the 1st edition of the &#8220;Mission-driven Companies: Theories &amp; Practices&#8221; conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It will take place at the Campus Diderot of emlyon business school (Paris, 12th arrondissement) on 25 January 2024, from 8.45am to 6pm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim is to bring together researchers interested in this legal innovation in order to draw up a detailed inventory of practices, but also to gain a better understanding of the &#8220;soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 mission&#8221; movement, its limits and effects on both a practical and theoretical level, and to share open research questions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The day&#8217;s programme has been put together on the basis of projects submitted in response to a call for papers, inviting contributions of an empirical, theoretical or conceptual nature on the following themes:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mission and operation of mission companies;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Responsible governance and<em> major challenges<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Articulation or comparison with the SSE or other forms of company<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mission and corporate theories<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i3.cnrs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Societe-a-mission-25Janvier24.pdf\">Find here: Programme Journ\u00e9e soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 mission\u00a0 du 25 Janvier 24<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you would like to join in the discussions, you are most welcome to do so.
