The EXPERCRISE project coordinated by Brice Laurent (ARMINES – Mines Paris Tech) focuses on the political and social stakes of expertise during the Covid-19 crisis, and on the following issue: “what are the elements that ensure the credibility and legitimacy of the scientific expertise mobilized by the public decision? \u00bb. It will provide a case study of the French situation and will participate in an international comparative study in order to identify national specificities.<\/p>\n
It will take place in an international comparison coordinated by colleagues from Cornell and Harvard and supported by the Schmidt Foundation. An interim report was presented in January before a high-profile panel including the Director General of WHO & co.
