The three laureates will publish an article in a special issue of the journal <em>Statistique et soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>. The 1st prize was awarded to Pauline Hervois. The Alain Desrosi\u00e8res Prize &#8220;aims to distinguish an original work [&#8230;] which places statistics, or more broadly quantification, at the heart of sociological analysis and which sheds light on the political processes of conception, production and dissemination of figures, its actors, its stakes, its effects and its uses with the hindsight to which Alain Desrosi\u00e8res invited.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i3-cnrs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Quentin1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-14135\" src=\"https:\/\/i3-cnrs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Quentin1-500x183.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quentin Dufour was rewarded for the research he carried out as part of his doctoral thesis &#8220;L&#8217;objectivation comptable de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie nationale.
