DESCRIPTION:The next seminar on “Autonomy and responsibility in organizations” will provide food for thought on how to harness the experience and creativity of operators to improve the organization of work. \nMonday November 6\, 2023 at Mines Paris (salle Vendôme) from 5:30 p.m. sharp to 7:00 p.m. (in person and by videoconference). \nPlaces are limited\, and registration is free\, compulsory and validated via : \nchaire-fit2@minesparis.psl.eu \nAirbus Helicopters’ Blue Space: a creative space for blue-collar workers \nWith Martial Petit and Alexandre Facompré\, co-founders of Blue Space \nBluespace is a space for ideation and realization\, located at the very heart of the gleaming helicopter assembly lines\, to collect all the ideas operators have for facilitating their work. Based on an idea by Martial Petit\, a work analyst at Airbus Helicopters\, this “ideaspace” dedicated to blue-collar workers is now run by Alexandre Facompré\, himself a former workshop companion. He helps his colleagues to turn their ideas for parts or small tools into reality\, using additive manufacturing.
