DESCRIPTION:What technologies to drive the transition towards a sustainable and inclusive world ?\nThe Chair Technology for Change of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris is pleased to invite you to its first annual meeting which will take place from the 4th to the 6th of April 2022 in Paris & in Palaiseau.            \nThis annual event aims to explore the links between technological innovation\, applications in the industry and society adoption and reception of technologies in order to explore new pathways towards rethinking methods and approaches\, and to map the possibilities for developing « virtuous » technologies capable of inducing sustainable change. \nBy repositioning technological and social innovation at the heart of citizen debate\, these days will offer a platform for dialogue and rapid response to face the major societal and environmental challenges of the 21st century: climate change\, depletion of natural resources\, ongoing social\, cultural\, health and economic inequalities. \nThis annual event is an open invitation to all experts\, scientists\, professionnals\, managers and citizens wishing to discuss and get involved in the co-development of modern and responsible technologies that go beyond a « technological fix » approach.  \nThis first edition will be dedicated to providing answers to the current pressing issues of: health\, environmental protection and conservation\, inclusion & low technologies\, sustainable computing\, disruptive technologies and industries of the future. \nIMPORTANT : Registration is free but mandatory ! \nProgramme\nOpening Conference | April 4th\, 2022 ; Location: Abbé Grégoire Amphitheatre\, Conservatoire national des arts et métiers – Cnam\, Paris ; Audience : open to a wide audience ; Language : this event will be held in French >> Register \nPractical Workshops Day | April 5th\, 2022 ; Location: Station F & Accenture Innovation Hub\, Paris ; Audience: companies\, entrepreneurs and decision-makers ; Language: English & French >> Register \nAcademic day: interdisciplinarity in building innovative and virtuous technologies | April 6\, 2022 ; Location: Campus of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (École polytechnique)\, Palaiseau ; Audience: students & researchers ; Languages: this event will be held in French & English >> Register
