Interact seminar

The interact seminar will welcome Olivier Fournout, lecturer at Télécom-Paris, who will present his work entitled: “Les injonctions paradoxales de la réussite” (The paradoxical injunctions of success). Olivier will put into perspective the following article (2024):

The presentation will begin by reviewing the study of success behaviors in our liberal, capitalist, hypermodern societies, which has given rise to several publications, including :

The presentation will focus on two turning points in the collective publication of 2024:

–       one, critical, discussing the heroisation of success behaviors;

–   the other, empirical, testing the “hero-leader matrix” with a population of 20 entrepreneurs with motor or sensory disabilities.

The presentation will extend these two turning points by pointing out avenues for further work, which may lead to further exchanges.
