Reasoned, chosen, and shared progress

The Academy of Technologies is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Space, and under the protection of the President of the Republic.

These elections, which will soon be formalized by ministerial decree, strengthen the Academy of Technologies in fulfilling its mission of public interest, which aims to inform collective choices with competence, ethics, and independence, while promoting responsible, inclusive, and forward-looking progress.

The newly elected members were selected through a rigorous co-optation process conducted by a recruitment committee chaired by Gérard Creuzet, an academician. They will be invited by the new president, Manoelle Lepoutre, to a ceremony organized in their honor on March 10, 2026, at the Sorbonne.
