Evening meeting around the book Le Capital Seniors organized by the FIT 2 Chair and the Mines Library

The FIT² Chair of Mines Paris-PSL and the Bibliothèque des Mines de Paris invite you to an evening meeting around the book Le Capital Seniors (Presses des Mines), with Florence Bonnevay, co-author, and Bruno Pavie, former HRD of the NGE Public Works Group, our keynote speaker.

At a time when retirement ages are rising and careers are getting longer, have companies really taken stock of the value of their experienced employees? Is a specific senior policy needed or are measures for all more relevant? What concrete actions can be implemented to gain flexibility and inclusion?
